What Does The Treatment Process Look Like

Your physician and a dedicated Nurse Case Manager, who will act as your Personal Advocate, will be available and provide personalized support and guidance to you throughout your treatment program.

The clinically-driven Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers treatment focuses entirely on identifying, addressing and treating the underlying issues that are causing your symptoms. We know how to get you back on a solid foundation in life and help you successfully manage your condition. 

Step 1:   Complimentary consultation

The first thing we’ll do is decide whether our treatment is right for you with a complimentary consultation. You can expect to see a doctor for 30 minutes for your program evaluation.

Your complimentary consultation includes the following:

1. A thorough review of your health history.
2. A comprehensive symptom assessment.
3. A recommendation for necessary testing.
4. Finally, a recommended treatment plan based on our physician’s findings.

Step 2:   Individualized treatment plan

Once you become a patient, your second appointment would be approximately three to four weeks after your initial consultation. The physician will review the findings of your test results and will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan based on those findings.

Your subsequent visits with our doctor can last between 30-60 minutes. You deserve that time commitment, and it really is necessary to properly manage your condition. Your doctor has specific training, along with the most advanced tests, blood panels, and innovative treatments that are at hand, in order to make a thorough and correct diagnosis. 

Step 3:  Begin our six step treatment process

Our Six-Step Treatment Process handles the complexity of causes, symptoms, and treatments:

1. Stabilize the Patient by addressing sleep disturbances.
2. Address Pain and Fatigue through non-addictive therapies.
3. Balance the Hormones by evaluating hypothalamus and pituitary function.
4. Treat Infectious Components and treat underlying viral infections
5. Address Unique Etiologies – we look at underlying causes that are unique to your symptoms/disease. Each case of Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue is different and our approach is focused on treating you as an individual.
6. Provide Individualized Maintenance Program with minimally necessary medications to assure absence of symptoms.

Throughout the process we care for you as an individual and focus on how each treatment protocol works for your unique situation, your metabolism and your symptoms. 

At each visit, your doctor will track the improvement in your symptoms, in contrast to your earlier experiences with the medical system. Your response to treatment is an essential feedback for the process itself and our doctors are intensely focused on and committed to getting you well.

What will be included in my treatment?

We offer the Road to Wellness Package for our qualified patients. These Wellness Packages are designed to meet your financial needs and treatment goals. Depending on your particular treatment needs, your wellness package can include all of the following:

• Appointments with your physician as necessary and as schedule permits for the duration of the package term.
• Therapies including IVs and injections as ordered by your physician in your treatment plan (some exclusions apply).
• Supplements as recommended by your physician in your treatment plan.
• Priority scheduling of office visits and IV therapy at your Center.
• Pharmacy discounts on all prescription medications ordered through ITC Compounding Pharmacy.
