How to Create an Auto-ship Order

If you have products you use regularly, you can have these products sent to you automatically every 30, 45 or 90 days.

To create an auto-ship order, simply add the desired products that you would like auto-shipped to your shopping cart.

Before submitting your order just as you would with a one time order, you will be asked if you would like this same group of products sent to you every 30, 45 or 90 days. Just select the desired timeline and click “Continue”.

That’s it! Now your order will be recreated and sent just as you directed and can be cancelled at any time.

How to Change an Auto-ship Order

At this time, auto-ship orders cannot be edited once created, however they can be cancelled at any time. If you would like to receive different products or change your timeline, simply cancel your existing auto-ship order and create a new one.

You can also set up separate auto-ship orders for products that you might want to receive at different times.

How to Cancel an Autoship Order

To cancel a scheduled auto-ship order, log into “My Account” at www.fibroandfatigue.com/store and select “View my Auto-ship Orders”. Then locate the order you want to cancel and click “Cancel”.
