Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers, Inc. (FFC) was founded on the belief that every Fibromyalgia (FM), Chronic Fatigue and Immune Dysfunction Syndrome (CFIDS) and Unrelenting Fatigue (UF) patient deserves to have effective and affordable treatment. These are complex conditions and FFC offers a free educational seminar to assist you in understanding the diseases that are affecting your life and the treatment options available to you. At a FFC seminar, you will tour the Center, meet the physician and staff and learn about our treatment approach. Seminars are conducted monthly and are held in the evenings for your convenience. When you become our patient, you become a partner in your wellness plan.
You should anticipate the following as you partner with us:
- A compassionate and highly skilled staff. Our treatment approach and business practices stem from our founder and the practices of our Chief Medical Officer; both of these men have struggled with FM and CFIDS. Additionally, all FFC staff undergoes clinical training to better serve you.
- Focused visits. You will never feel rushed or be told your time is up. Your initial visit will last one hour and will include a comprehensive and extensive evaluation.
- Specialized lab tests. A short physical exam may include reflex testing, a general health test and extensive lab tests not traditionally ordered by most physicians. These tests provide the basis for your evaluation and are critical to the understanding of your underlying symptoms and best treatment approach.
- Personalized treatment. At FFC, we take a patient-centric, holistic (meaning treating the whole body, not just the symptoms) approach to your treatment and plan of care. Our treatment approach looks at not only helping to relieve your symptoms, but addresses the underlying etiologies that cause those symptoms. This approach leads to control through a simple maintenance plan and must be catered to the patient and symptoms present.
