Inspired by the story of our founders at Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers, we were determined to do everything we could to provide you with relief - including making your treatment affordable. Our Road to Wellness program grew out of a commitment to offer our clinically-documented treatment protocol. In fact, most patients who follow our protocol and physicians’ recommendations report substantial improvement in energy levels and pain/symptom relief by their fourth month of treatment. However, continued compliance is necessary to maintain these improvements.

How much does it cost? Less than you would ever imagine!

Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers has developed a unique payment plan for Fibromyalgia treatment that encourages you to see treatment through to sustainable improvement. Instead of paying out of pocket for each treatment protocol, nutraceutical, prescription, IV and doctor’s appointment, you make a single commitment to your Road to Wellness plan.

The Road to Wellness program lets you focus on your recovery instead of worrying about whether or not you can afford the cost of each and every treatment your doctor recommends. And depending on your treatment needs as determined by your physician, your wellness package can include all of the following:

• Appointments with your physician as necessary and as schedule permits for the duration of the package term
• Therapies including IVs and injections as ordered by your physician in your treatment plan (some exclusions apply)
• Supplements as recommended by your physician in your treatment plan
• Priority scheduling of office visits and IV therapy at your Center; and
• Pharmacy discounts on all prescription medications ordered through ITC Compounding Pharmacy

All of the treatments that your Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers doctor recommends are part of your price, with the exception of lab fees and prescription medications, which may be reimbursed through your insurance plan. It’s truly that easy. This program was designed to help you, and your team at Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers focus exclusively on improving your health. Will insurance cover any of the treatment cost?

Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers do not contract with any regular insurance companies (for example, Blue Cross, Aetna), nor do we accept reimbursements from these companies as payment for our services.

However, insurance may cover some of your costs. You can file with your insurance company for reimbursement of some of your costs. We’ll provide you with all the documentation you need at the time of your visit should you want to pursue reimbursement through your insurance carrier. Many patients with PPOs or private indemnity insurance do receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company based on out-of network benefits. These payments do help reduce your out of pocket expenditure.
