Batting Fatigue during the Holiday Season
With the holiday season quickly approaching more and more Americans are experiencing overwhelming fatigue and exhaustion. Most of us experience fatigue and stress during the holidays from the crowded malls, traffic, and overall busyness of the season. What happens however, when you don’t’ snap out of that fatigue state? When you overload your body to the point of no return and it simply shuts down.
Millions are suffering from an increasing condition called Chronic Fatigue where the body becomes exhausted beyond repair. People who once could get up in the morning and go to work or take care of their children are forced to lay lifeless on the couch with the inability to function because of the overwhelming exhaustion.
What exactly causes this circuit breaker to overload and how can Americans avoid the meltdown over the holiday season. The Physicians at Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers can provide the tips needed to fight fatigue during the busy holiday season.
The Center for Disease Control recently launched a national educational awareness campaign acknowledging the severity and need for the public to understand Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and its rapid growth within the population. Provide your listeners with information and tips on how to stay healthy during the holidays.
