Our new Road to Wellness Packages are now available for our out-of-town patients who live a distance from our Centers. These individualized and comprehensive packages provide a variety of services at one low price solution! We offer these Wellness Packages for our qualified patients at a predetermined monthly rate, providing peace of mind as you focus solely on your recovery. We have developed these Wellness Packages to help you take control of your health. Our new packages allow for those who are committed to the healing process to be more assertive with an individualized treatment plan designed by your physician to maximize your outcomes at an affordable and predictable cost.
- Comprehensive Wellness Package Includes:
- All appointments with your physician as necessary for your treatment plan and as the physician’s schedule permits for the length of the package term
- Priority office visits when scheduling your appointments and IV therapy at our Center
- IV Therapy, as prescribed by your Physician, excluding Super Viral, Viral Plus, and Iron IVs
- Injection Therapy, as prescribed by your Physician, excluding HGH
- Nutritional Supplements, as prescribed by your Physician, for the duration of the package term
- Dedicated Case Manager, as your personal patient advocate, who will walk you through the process and will be available to answer questions throughout your care at our Center.
- $5.00 discount on each new and refill prescription medication filled at ITC Pharmacy
With options of either a one-time payment or a series of affordable monthly payments with zero interest, you are able to focus solely on your healing process without the worry of unexpected expenses or the need to prioritize your purchasing. In addition, FFC offers in-home IV solutions and therapies that can be administered either in your home or in a facility near you so traveling distances can be greatly reduced once you have visited our Center initially.

Out of Town Patient Options
We have two (2) options for our out-of-town guests to utilize both of which offer your first appt. at no charge. This complimentary appointment allows you to meet with your physician and begin your road to recovery at your very first appointment. Options include:
Option #1: (Travel to the Center for 2 separate pre-scheduled appointments 10-21 days apart)
Complete a Complimentary Consultation with our physician which includes a 30-minute one-on-one evaluation with our physician who will successfully review your health history; provide a comprehensive symptom assessment; recommend a preliminary treatment plan based on physician findings; and recommend labs and therapies, as deemed necessary, and if you become a patient of FFC. You will receive clear direction on our clinically-proven treatment protocol and walk you through the steps that will lead to recovery and management of your condition.
After enrolling in our Road to Wellness Program, plan to return to the center 10-21 days after your initial consultation to complete an in-depth physical assessment, detailed review of blood tests, formulate a comprehensive treatment plan and utilize in-house IV and injection services.
Subsequent follow-up visits may be telephonic if necessary. It is recommended that you return for an onsite visit quarterly unless otherwise determined by your physician.
Option #2 (Travel to the Center and stay overnight to return to the Center the following day)
Complete a Complimentary Consultation with our physician which includes a 30-minute one-on-one evaluation with our physician who will successfully review your health history; provide a comprehensive symptom assessment; recommend a preliminary treatment plan based on physician findings; and recommend labs and therapies, as deemed necessary, and if you become a patient of FFC. You will receive clear direction on our clinically-proven treatment protocol and walk you through the steps that will lead to recovery and management of your condition.

- Before your first appointment, consider the most commonly asked questions:
- How much time is spent with at the Center? You should allow at least one to two hours for your consultation which will include approximately 30-45 minutes with our physician and 30 minutes with our Program Manager. Also you will want to allow adequate time to meet with your Case Manager, your personal patient advocate; have blood drawn for lab tests; and utilize therapies deemed necessary by the physician, should you become a patient. Please arrive 20 minutes early and be prepared by making a list of questions for the physician and bringing them with you. It is important that you are well rested and comfortable and open to dialogue with your physician.
- Will paperwork be required in advance of the appointment day? Once your appointment is made, you will be emailed/mailed an extensive 11-page questionnaire. Completion of this questionnaire is extremely important to our evaluation process. Please complete the form in its entirety (before your consultation) and send electronically prior to your consultation. If it is mailed, please be sure to bring it with you. If you fail to bring this questionnaire with you to your consultation, you may be required to re-schedule for another time.
- Will lab tests be performed on the first appointment? If yes, what should be done to prepare for them such as fasting, staying off of medications, etc.? Lab tests will most likely* be performed after your consultation if you become a patient. In preparation, please do not take any thyroid medication the day of your appointment. For a morning appointment, do not eat, but drink plenty of water. For an afternoon appointment, only eat dry toast or crackers with skim milk and drink plenty of water. *In rare cases, lab tests may be delayed on day of appointment.
- Is a referral from another physician necessary? If your insurance carrier requires a referral, you may download our referral form, have completed and faxed to the Center prior to your appointment.
- What if rescheduling is necessary? Please notify the Center at least 48 hours in advance should you need to reschedule an appointment.
- Is payment expected at the first visit? Payment is expected once you become a patient at FFC through our Road to Wellness Package. We will provide you with a completed billing statement for submission to your health insurance company. Cost will vary dependent upon the Wellness Package you choose.
- If supplements are suggested as part of the individualized maintenance plan, where can they be purchased? Supplements are many times an important and necessary part of the individualized maintenance plan and can be acquired in various ways:

- call the Center visited.
- On Consultation day:
- Allow a minimum of 1 hour with our physician and Program Manager, plus additional time for clinical education by your Case Manager. You will also need to allow for time for lab work and for receiving necessary therapies, as prescribed by your physician.
- Do not eat, but drink plenty of water to prepare for lab work. See question/answer above for detailed instruction based on appointment time. In rare cases, lab tests may be delayed on day of appointment.
- Additional lab tests may be ordered based on discussion during the appointment.
