Karen P. Bullington, MD - Atlanta, Georgia
Dr. Bullington is a fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians and a member of the Christian Medical and Dental Association. She received her medical degree from the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque and completed her residency at John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas. She has been in practice for 12 years with much of that time being dedicated to serving as a medical missionary with the International Mission Board of the Southern Baptists Convention.
Her international and cross cultural experience has given her an understanding and appreciation for a wide variety of natural and alternative therapies. Her approach to patient care has always been to treat the whole person incorporating nutrition, stress management, exercise, and mental, emotional and spiritual wellness.
Stephen Katz, MD - Baltimore, Md
Dr. Katz attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed residency training in Internal Medicine at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center in 1992 when he also earned board certification in Internal Medicine. He was an assistant clinical professor of medicine at the University of Maryland Medical School for several years in the 1990's when he also served as internal medicine residency program director, teaching medical students and medical residents. After several years of teaching, he earned a fellowship in the American College of Physicians, awarded to those who have made a contribution to academic medicine or research.
Dr. Katz has been in private practice in Severna Park, Maryland for five years. His interests include preventive cardiology, lifestyle modification to prevent chronic disease, and the evaluation of complex, multisystem diseases. He maintains hospital privileges at Anne Arundel Medical Center.
Dr. Katz is married, has three children and lives locally in Severna Park. He enjoys boating, refurbishing automobiles and boats, running and cycling.
Nosson Goldfarb, MD - Cleveland, Ohio
Dr. Nosson Goldfarb received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Michigan in 1986 and spent the next several years at the Torah Institute for Jewish Studies in Jerusalem, Israel before getting his Doctorate of Medicine in 1992 from Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. Dr. Goldfarb completed his residency at Cleveland Clinic Children’s Hospital and fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Foundation where he focused on immunology.
Upon graduation, Dr. Goldfarb accepted a position as Chief of the Department of Pediatric & Adult Allergy & Immunology with Ohio Permanente Medical Group before starting his own private practice in 2004, The Center for Advanced Wellness. Over the next several years, Dr. Goldfarb focused his practice on preventative medicine that included nutrition, chronic disease, hormone therapy, detox, allergies, and pain management.
Dr. Nosson Goldfarb is Board Certified with the American Board of Pediatrics, and Diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners. Terry Grossman, MD - Denver, Colorado
With over 31 years of experience, Dr. Grossman is a graduate of the University of Florida School of Medicine. He completed his Internship at St. Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO. Upon graduation, he served as Medical Director for Granby Medical Center and Provenent Health Systems, focusing on Family Practice and Emergency Medicine. He then transitioned to Frontier Medical Institute where he served as Medical Director, focusing in the treatment of complementary medicine, nutritional treatment of disease and advanced anti-aging therapeutics. Founder of the Grossman Wellness Center in Denver, CO, Dr. Grossman specializes in the treatment of chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, autism and aging.
Dr. Grossman holds several medical licenses including National Board of Medical Examiners, Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners, Arizona Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners, The Medical Board of California, and Nevada Board of Homeopathic Medical Examiners. Michael Catalano, MD - Denver, Colorado
Dr. Michael Catalano graduated from Yale Medical School and is trained in Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, Sports Medicine, Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy, Weight Management, Autistic Spectrum Disorders, Stress Management, Guided Imagery, Body Talk and Life Coaching. He has published 38 articles in medical and scientific journals and spent 9 years as an executive in the pharmaceutical industry.
He now coaches individuals, couples and groups in the areas of personal fulfillment, relationships and life work and works with organizations and corporations on communication, creativity and productivity.

Keri Topouzian, D.O. - Detroit, Michigan
Dr. Topouzian received his degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the Kansas City University of Medicine in 1982. He is double-boarded in Emergency Medicine, and is board certified in Anti-Aging Medicine, and completed a two year fellowship in Functional Medicine. Dr. Topouzian is the Medical Director of the Center for Healthy Living in Grand Rapids and the Medical Director of Michigan Light Therapy PC, located in Grand Rapids, Bloomfield Hills and Farmington Hills, Michigan.

Kelly Boulden, MD - Fort Worth, Texas
Dr. Kelly Boulden achieved a Bachelor of Science degree at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Upon obtaining her Doctorate of Medicine from the University of New Mexico, she completed her internship and residency in family practice at the University of New Mexico - Department of Family and Community Medicine.
Since 1999, Dr. Boulden has worked at the Southwest Family Health Care Associates and more recently at the Dallas Methodist Family Health Center. Dr. Boulden also established a private practice, the Boulden Family Practice Center in Deming, NM where she practiced for a brief time. Having practiced Family medicine for the last day decade, Dr. Boulden began noticing many of her patients were experiencing fatigue, achiness, and an inability to sleep. Realizing that her training had left her with no answers, she began researching other treatment options. After researching various treatments and protocols, Dr. Boulden made the decision to leave family practice and devote herself full time to the treatment of patients suffering from Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Dr. Kelly Boulden has served on many professional advisory committees, more recently as the Vice President of Southwest Family Health Care Association and President of the Medical Executive Committee. She has also been an active sponsor in establishing a school based health clinic in Albuquerque, NM; as well as, teaching violence prevention curriculum at Albuquerque High School.
Phillip Zinni, III, D.O. - Staff Physician - Las Vegas, Nevada
Dr. Phillip Zinni brings more than 21 years of diverse clinical experience to FFC. Dr. Zinni received his medical degree from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine and interned at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach, CA. Having completed two years of residency in Family Practice, Dr. Zinni was appointed Chief Family Practice Resident. He is well versed in Occupational and Environmental Medicine as well as Sports and Osteopathic medicine making him well adapt to handle the complexities associated with FM and CFS. He has spent the majority of his career focusing on the preservation of optimum human function and health to restore quality of life.
After completing his residency in 1991, he went on to form a partnership focusing on Family and Sports Medicine in Fremont, CA. He then became Director for the Center for Sports & Occupational Medicine at KSB Hospital in Dixon, IL where he created musculoskeletal evaluation clinical pathways and an in-house hospital Wellness Program. He then spent the next 12 years working as Medical Director for various medical departments and medical institutes located throughout California and Nevada where his primary focus was on preservation of optimum human function and health to restore quality of life.
Licensed in California, Illinois, and Nevada and is Board Certified in A.O.A. C.A.Q., Sports Medicine as well as with the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners. Domenick Braccia, D.O. - Staff Physician – Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, Dr. Braccia is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his Internship at Mercy Catholic Medical Center and his Family Practice Residency at Delaware County Memorial Hospital in Philadelphia. Upon graduation, he’s served as Medical Director for various successful medical practices focusing in the treatment of chronic disorders.
Dr. Braccia holds licenses in Osteopathic Medicine and Osteopathic Acupuncture. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physician, American College for Advancement in Medicine, American Society of Addiction Medicine and American Academy of health Care Providers in Addictive Disorders.

Homer L. Schreckengost, D.O. - Staff Physician – Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Dr. Homer L. Schreckengost is an Armstrong County native who completed his undergraduate studies at Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. He received his Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine at the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. Dr. Schreckengost completed his AOA Internship and Family Medicine Residency at Clarion Hospital in Clarion, PA.
Dr. Schreckengost is Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Therapy by the American Board of Osteopathic Family Physicians. He has served as the Family Medicine Program Director and the Director of Medical Education at both Clarion Hospital and through the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine at Virginia Tech where he coordinated and developed physician training programs.

Werner Vosloo received his Doctorate of Natural Medicine from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine in Portland, Oregon and Masters Degree in Homeopathic Medicine from Technikon Natal in Durban, South Africa. Dr. Vosloo is a Naturopathic and Homeopathic Physician that has worked in numerous positions within the Portland area and in British Columbia, Canada. Dr. Vereen received a degree in Osteopathic Medicine from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his residency and internship in family practice at HCA Doctors Hospital in Tucker Georgia a suburb of Atlanta, GA. Upon graduation, he spent the next several years in family practice for clinics in both Kansas and Illinois. In 1993 Dr. Vereen moved to Spokane, Washington where he utilized his experience in a six Physician family medical practice before moving to a solo practice where most recently he specializes in treating chronic pain disorders and musculoskeletal issues.
Dr. Vereen is Board Certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and is a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Washington Osteopathic Medical Association, and the American Academy of Osteopathy.

Henry Sobo, MD - Stamford, CT
Dr. Sobo was raised in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Brooklyn College in 1977. He began his medical training at the University Autonomus of Guadalajara and completed it at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in New York. In 1985, Dr. Sobo completed his residency training in Internal Medicine at the Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York.
Dr. Sobo is a Board-certified Member of the American Society of Bariatric Physicians - a certifying national organization of physicians who specialize in weight reduction. He is also a Diplomate Candidate of the American College for Advancement in Medicine, which is the largest national organization of doctors practicing nutritionally-oriented medicine and a member of the Pan American Allergy Society.
