NEW All-Inclusive International Travel Program

Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers is excited to offer its newest program, an All-Inclusive International Travel Package developed exclusively for those living abroad who are suffering from Fibromyalgia or Chronic Fatigue. There is hope and treatment now available for you to regain your health. We are now seeing international patients for this Program in our Atlanta and Las Vegas Centers.

If you, or a loved one, live outside of the United States this unique Treatment Program allows you the benefit of receiving services from our entire Clinical team. They will work together to create a customized treatment plan designed specifically for you. During your 3 days of treatment at our Center you can expect:

Day 1:

• Welcome, Center tour and Program overview
• Detailed history and physical
• Blood draw which includes 24-48 hour panel (Any tests outside of this panel will be an additional out of pocket expense to be paid at the time of the onsite visit.)
• Comprehensive physician review of 24 page questionnaire
• Detailed review of past medical records and tests
• Lunch on-site (up to 2 people)
• Infusion therapy: Up to 2 IV’s based on Tx recommendations (May include Nutritional, Back and Muscle, Viral, or Memory)
• Injection services: Up to 2 Injections (May include Trigger Point Injections, IMIG and/or Energy)
• Stress reduction/pain management session
• Therapeutic massage

Day 2:

• Initial treatment planning session
• Hormone optimization program
• Infusion therapy: 1-2 IV’s (May include Nutritional, Pain, Memory or Viral.)
• Injection services: Up to 2 Injections (May include Trigger Point Injections, IMIG and/or Energy)
• Nutritional counseling, dietary recommendations/supplementation review (1 month supply core foundation supplements) Qty - Up to 6 Ultraceutical brand supplements
• Lunch on-site (up to 2 people)
• Coping mechanisms/lifestyle adjustments/educational session/Patient Handbook review
• Therapeutic massage

Day 3:

• Detailed lab test analysis (for any labs drawn on day 1 or 2)
• Hormone optimization program - additional education as needed
• Prescription medications - Patient education and coordination with ITC for shipment of compounded prescriptions (30-90 day supply) to the Center. (Medication is NOT included in package price.)
• Infusion therapy: 1-2 IV’s (May include Nutritional, Pain, Memory or Viral)
• Injection services: Up to 2 injections (May include Trigger Point Injections, IMIG and/or Energy Injections)
• Lunch on-site (up to 2 people)
• Stress reduction/pain management session
• Long-term treatment planning based on latest findings, patient decisions; detailed educational session
• Family support session(if accompanied by family members) - Group review of findings, treatment plan (short-term and long- term), goals, Q&A, coping skills
• Final review of patient instructions; ensure next steps; and that all supplements and medications are received
• Therapeutic massage

Follow Up Telephonic Consults

• Four (4) 1 hour telephone consults will be pre-scheduled prior to concluding your Center visit

Ancillary Services

(The following may be necessary and will be an additional cost)

• Medications - Compounded medications will be shipped overnight delivery to the Center as a starter supply. Compounded medications are NOT included in package price.
• Non-Compounded medications - Scripts will be written and may be filled locally at the patient’s expense if not available in their home country.

Travel & Concierge Services (Optional)

• Hotel for 5 nights (3 star for single or double occupancy)
• Transportation to/from airport
• Transportation to/from appointments
• Personal contact and concierge services (3 hrs at location)
• Travel planning and booking (up to 3 hrs) for reservations and activities
• Welcome gift basket
