You have taken the first step in taking control of your health by ending the pain and fatigue associated with Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
What is the Appointment Process?
Your first appointment is a no-charge 30-minute qualifying consultation with our physician.

At this appointment, your physician will gain the knowledge necessary to qualifying you for our program. This consultation includes the following:

• Review of Health History Questionnaire
• Comprehensive symptom assessment
• Recommended treatment plan based on physician findings
• Recommended labs and therapies, as deemed necessary by the physician, and if you become a patient of FFC

You will receive clear direction on our clinically-proven treatment protocol and walk you through the steps that will lead to recovery and management of your condition.

Your 2nd appointment will be approximately 3-4 weeks after your initial evaluation; the physician will review the findings of your lab results and will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan based on those findings.


What You Can Expect at FFC
Once you become an active patient at Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Centers, Inc. (FFC), your healing process begins. From your first call, you will receive the finest of care from a team specializing in these conditions. Your physician and a dedicated Case Manager, as your personal patient advocate, will be available to you throughout your treatment program providing customized support and guidance.

At FFC, we are now offering our Road to Wellness Packages for our qualified patients, at a predetermined monthly rate, providing peace of mind as you focus solely on your recovery. These Wellness Packages are designed to meet your financial needs and treatment goals which can include all of the following, depending on your program choice:

• Appointments with your physician as necessary for your treatment plan and as schedule permits for the duration of the package term;
• Therapies including IVs and injections as ordered by your physician in your treatment plan (some exclusions apply);
• Supplements as recommended by your physician in your treatment plan
• Priority scheduling of office visits and IV therapy at your Center; and
• Pharmacy discounts on all prescription medications ordered through ITC Compounding Pharmacy

Our Treatment Outcomes
Based on patient commitment and compliance with our program, our treatment system has shown a range of steady improvement in symptoms in the range of 30-50% or in some cases you can certainly experience greater than this depending on your underlying issues, compliance and commitment to the program.
