Why Fibro & Fatigue?

Fibro & Fatigue (FFC) offers their employees a great environment to work in, plus generous benefit and paid time off packets. The company pays all (or the majority) of the cost for employee medical, dental & vision insurance and offers reasonable prices for dependent coverage. Should an employee have alternate medical coverage they can Opt Out and receive and additional $100 monthly with their pay and still elect Optional Dental and/or Vision coverage. In addition, our employees have the opportunity to participate in a pre-tax Flexible Spending Account and save tax dollars.

FFC pays 100% of the cost for employee Short and Long Term Disability insurance plus Group Life & Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance at an amount equivalent to the employee’s annual salary. In addition, employees may join our 401(k) Plan – administered by Ameritas - immediately after hire. The current company match is 50% of the first 4% employee contribution with a vesting schedule of 25% after one year of service and each year thereafter, becoming 100% vested after four years of service.

Fibro & Fatigue feels that it is important for our employees to have the opportunity to utilize the products and services provided in our clinics. We have established an employee discount program which includes discounted products and services provided by Fibro. All employees and their immediate family members are eligible for a 50% discount of the standard retail price. As a courtesy to our employees, ITC Pharmacy has extended their discount on all standard prescriptions to employees and such products can be purchased for $10 each.

Our employees enjoy 7 paid holidays plus one floating holiday; in addition to two weeks of paid sick time per year. Fibro & Fatigue also offers two weeks of paid vacation time per year during the first five years of employment, which then increases to three weeks per year after the employee’s fifth anniversary of service.
