FFC's new Comprehensive Care Programs are exclusive programs which are ideal price solutions for patients who are committed to the healing process as they provide priority scheduling, all the nutraceuticals, IVs, and injections (some minor exceptions) needed for a normal regimen of treatment over the course of one year. The program also includes multiple visits throughout the year with a specialized treatment team. No interest payment plans are available.
Now, for a one time payment or a series of affordable monthly payments with no interest, patients are able to solely focus on their healing process without the worry of unexpected expenses or the need to prioritize their purchasing. Less stress, fewer decisions and a healthier patient achieves a much more conducive environment for healing at Fibromyalgia and Fatigue Centers. Below is a list of services and products that each of the programs includes. All programs include priority "slotting" of office visits.
RENEW PROGRAM (New patients)
- Up to three (3) one hour office visits or phone visits (Physician and Patient preference) with our clinical team.
- Up to seven (7) thirty minute office visits or phone visits (Physician and Patient preference) with our clinical team.

Up to seventy two (72) UltraCeuticals nutritional supplements as directed by your physician or nurse practitioner.
- Up to twenty (20) IVs/Injections as prescribed by your physician or nurse practitioner. Includes the following IVs: Standard, Viral Plus, Super Viral, Back and Muscle (where available), Memory, Hydration, Energy, Trigger Point, IMIG, and Testosterone. Excludes: HGH and HCG injections.
* All other IVs not listed above will be charged at the current retail price.

- Up to thirty (30) energy injections and twelve (12) IMIG injections as prescribed by your physician or nurse practitioner. Up to 20 Home Energy injections (2 home injection kits) may be substituted for the 30 Injections. Excludes: HGH, HCG

TRANSITION PROGRAM (Current patients)
- Up to six (6) thirty minute office visits or phone visits (Physician and Patient preference) with our clinical team.
- Up to sixty (60) UltraCeuticals nutritional supplements as directed by your physician or nurse practitioner. Non-Ultraceuticals may be purchased at the current retail price.
- Up to ten (10) IVs/Injections as prescribed by your physician or nurse practitioner. Includes the following IVs: Standard, Viral Plus, Super Viral, Back and Muscle (where available), Memory, Hydration, Energy, Trigger Point, IMIG, and Testosterone. Excludes: HGH, HCG injections.

MAINTAIN PROGRAM (Maintenance patients)
- Up to three (3) thirty minute office visits or phone visits (Physician and Patient preference) with our clinical team.
- Up to thirty six (36) UltraCeuticals nutritional supplements as directed by your physician or nurse practitioner. Non-Ultraceuticals may be purchased at the current retail price.
