FFC of Dallas Now Offering Massage Therapy
Fibromyalgia & Fatigue Center of Dallas is now offering in-house massage therapy for those patients who are waiting to see the Physician or interested in incorporating massage therapy into their treatment regimen.
If your body is overtaxed or overwhelmed with trying to cope, you may not know how to begin feeling better. If you are suffering from headaches, tension, anxiety, depression, sciatica, fibromyalgia, scoliosis, arthritis, chronic fatigue, or back pain - massage therapy can help!
Massage calms the nervous system, slowing and deepening the breath, allowing anxiety to fade, and relaxing muscle tension. Stress levels decrease, freeing energy for vital functions such as digestion—needed for maximum healing and nutrition throughout your body—and repair of damaged tissue. In addition, knowing there is something you can do to alleviate symptoms, even temporarily, can reduce stress and free up physical and emotional resources your body needs to heal.
It is vital that you get a massage from an experienced and certified therapist who understands your body’s needs. Call the Dallas Center today at 972-980-2300 and schedule your massage today!
